Data Deletion Instructions

Effective: April 29, 2026

You can delete the personal data Axolotl Army holds about you at any time. This page explains exactly how, including how to remove data connected through social platforms such as Facebook. Full details on what we collect and why are in our Privacy Policy.

1. Disconnect a connected social account

If you connected a social account (Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) to your portal account and want to remove it:

  1. Sign in and open Settings → Social accounts.
  2. Click Disconnect next to the platform.

Disconnecting immediately deactivates the connection and stops all further use of that platform’s data. The stored access token is no longer used, and the connection record (platform account ID and display name) is removed from active use. You can additionally revoke the app from the platform’s side at any time — for Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove Axolotl Army Portal. To have the underlying records erased entirely, file a deletion request (Section 2).

2. Delete your account data

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data:

  1. Sign in and open Settings → Privacy & Data.
  2. Click Request deletion. You can optionally export a copy of your data first from the same page.

Deletion requests are processed by a human operator within 30 days. We confirm by email when processing is complete. Some records are retained where the law requires it (for example invoices for tax/accounting retention and security audit logs); everything else — including social connection records and any data obtained from connected platforms — is permanently erased.

3. No account, or can’t sign in?

Email privacy@axolotlarmy.netfrom the address associated with your data and tell us what you’d like deleted. We verify the request and process it within 30 days.

4. Data received from Facebook and other platforms

When you connect a social account we store only what is needed to operate the connection: your platform account ID, display name, the Pages or channels you choose to share, and encrypted access tokens. Both deletion paths above cover this data in full. We never sell data obtained from connected platforms.
